TRADITIONAL SERVICE – $300 50 people and up. Includes: Welcome, Vows, 1 Reading (optional), Ring Exchange, Pronouncement.
SIMPLE SERVICE – $250 10 – 50 people. Includes: Welcome, Vows, Ring Exchange, Pronouncement.
ELOPEMENT SERVICE – $200 up to 10 people (Minimum: Bride/Groom/2 witnesses). Includes: Vows, Ring Exchange, Pronouncement.
VOW RENEWAL SERVICE – $200 Includes: Welcome, Vow renewal.
REHEARSAL FEE – $100 Officiant will stay up to one hour; normally within the week before the ceremony. (If Officiant is available)
HOLIDAY SERVICE – $350 On an individual basis, no matter how many people are present, and if your ceremony is local to 07002, I will officiate on the following holidays: New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, St.Patrick’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July *, Labor Day, Halloween*, Christmas Eve*, Christmas Day, New Years Eve*
* The price for these specific holidays – between 6:00 pm – midnight is $500 (prior to 6:00 pm will be $400)
SPECIAL ELEMENTS/ ADD ON SERVICES – $25
- Unity Candle or Memorial Candle service, Wine service, Sand mixing service, etc.. (Couple responsible to purchase items needed separately).
- Commitment vows with child(ren) – Flat fee regardless of number of children included in ceremony.
- In person meeting with couple prior to wedding … 1/2 hour (This service is included in the Traditional Service)
TRAVEL
For any meetings, rehearsal, ceremony, etc.. Plan fees include travel within 5 miles from 07002 If greater than 5 miles from 07002, fee is $0.75 per mile each way (for RT). ** If over 80 miles from 07002, hotel accommodations and added travel fees may apply. This will be discussed and added in writing, as agreed upon, between couple and officiant.
** Any parking fees and/or bridge/tunnel fees (ie: NYC) incurred by Officiant will also be reimbursed.
WAITING FEE
Officiant includes 15 minutes after scheduled start time of ceremony without additional fee. Each minute that follows will incur an additional $1 fee. EXAMPLE: Hired for 6:00 pm ceremony start time .. Wedding ceremony starts at 6:15 at no additional charge; wedding ceremony starts at 6:18 = $3.00 extra charge … wedding ceremony starts at 6:45 – $30.00 additional charge.
Deposit/Booking/Cancelation Fee
Officiant requires $50 as a deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE should you cancel. It reserves your date and time so no other services are booked by officiant. Couples have 48 hours after hire in which to cancel without fee; If couple should cancel after 48 hours after hire, they are responsible to pay officiant $50 fee via cash, Zelle, or Venmo (this $50 will be applied to future booking price, should client re-book with the same service class).
